All client information is strictly confidential.
We sign mutual NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) when requested.
Youtiva may refer to general, non-identifiable project outcomes (e.g., “Improved efficiency by 20%”) for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

We implement strict security measures:

Role-Based Access Control – Only authorized staff access project data
Encrypted Cloud Storage – Secure storage & backup of files
Data Deletion Policy – Client project files are securely deleted after project completion unless legally required to retain them

We retain your data only as long as needed to:
